Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: It is to examine the decisions of the Supreme Court of Appeals within the scope of Occupational Accident, to identify faults and errors and to draw lessons.
Course Content: Analysis of the Supreme Court's Decisions Regarding Work Accidents
