Course Objectives: | The aim of the course is to examine and discuss how organizations design processes such as social structure, technology, culture from the perspective of research and studies in the field of management and organization, the macro environment of organizations and organizational theories that explain how this environment characterizes organizations. |
Course Content: | organizational paradigms and metaphors, current topics of discussion in the field of management and organization, approach, resource dependency, the environment, and the concepts of culture, stakeholder theory, succession theory, transaction cost and resource dependence theories, institutional theory, and organizational ecology theory |
