Course Objectives: | To teach cavity principles, instruments to be used in restorative dental treatment, amalgam restorations, histological structure of dental tissues, adhesive systems, composite resins and treatment strategies. |
Course Content: | Cavity principles, instruments to be used in restorative dental treatment, amalgam restorations, histological structure of dental tissues, adhesive systems, composite resins and treatment strategies constitute the course content. |
The students who have succeeded in this course;
1) Knows the principles of cavity preparation. 2) Knows the tools used in cavity preparation 3) Knows the principles of amalgam restorations 4) Knows the structure and histology of the tooth hard tissues 5) Has knowledge about adhesive systems and cavity preparations. 6) Have detailed information about composite resins. |
