Course Objectives: | The objectives of Professional Practice is to adapt the student's knowledge to the requirements of the commercial and public sectors, and to train students to the extent that upon employment, while offering those organizations a chance to seek out and shape their future human resources. |
Course Content: | Industry Practice is programme with two routes. Students can find a work placement within an organisation, or if they are interested in starting their own businesses, they can spend the year in self-employment developing your business ideas in an incubation center. |
The students who have succeeded in this course;
1) Links real-life situations/problems to specific knowledge obtained through previous years with relevant theory and academic literature 2) Analyses the political, legal, ethical, social, economic, cultural, sustainability, technological and/or operational considerations which influence the workplace/industry 3) Identifies, develops and extends practical work-based skills, competencies and experience 4) Builds beneficial relationships/networks within the employer organization and with an academic tutor. |
