Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: The aim of the course for each student is; It is aimed to gain knowledge and skills about the evaluation and methods of the student's health status.
Course Content: Introduction to health assessment, taking a health history, physical examination, health perceptions of vital signs and health management, evaluation of nutrition and metabolism, skin assessment, activity and exercise assessment, musculoskeletal assessment, respiratory system assessment, cardiac and circulatory system assessment, excretory system assessment and abdominal examination, sensory and perception assessment, sleep and rest assessment.

1) Ability to take a health history and apply physical examination methods
2) Evaluate vital signs and assessment of pain.
