Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: It is aimed to determine the legal framework in which electronic commerce is regulated and to raise awareness and awareness about possible conflicts and solutions that may arise during e-commerce applications.
Course Content: Basic legal regulations in the field of electronic commerce, electronic sales contract and its features, e-commerce applications in terms of consumer law, protection of personal data and e-commerce relationship are within the scope of this course.

Learning Outcomes

The students who have succeeded in this course;
1) Knows and applies the general structure and features of the electronic sales contract.
2) Has knowledge about the protection of personal data and its processing within the scope of e-commerce and can take the necessary measures.
3) Knows consumer rights during e-commerce applications and can take action within the framework of mutual rights in practice.
4) Has an idea about international documents in e-commerce.
